Jersey Shore responds to becoming gay icons

Apparently, those were Jersey Shore guys on the cover of the Voice's Queer Issue (don't watch the show). And, like the utter douchebags that they are, they have responded quite predictably to the event.

"I don't give a shit, man," said Vinny Guadagnino.

"I've done so many photoshoots and they're pretty much all the same. I go in there, do my thing, take my shirt off, get my hair and my make-up done and they dress me. I take the pictures and wherever they end up, they end up."

The Situation guy also responded, using Sarah Palin's favorite form of communication:
As for the Village Voice SitUAtioN - it's not for me to judge somebody's sexual preference and in my opinion the SitUaTIoN looks good as hell and that is my main concern. It just so happens that The SitUaTiON has mass appeal and happily reaches a very broad audience - This is not my first cover and definitely not my last - SitUATIon NATION
Situation Nation?? When is this guy's 15 minutes over?

Although, in the Situation's case, we must admit that he might be the most successful former-male-stripper in history. It's guys like him that give the girls at Curves hopes of one day making it big.

There's nothing particularly shocking about these remarks except for the way these aholes utter resign themselves to whoring their bodies and 'culture,' apparently oblivious to the fact that they are devolving into something beyond a caricature, but more akin to a sad midget clown, performing for room-and-board at a second-rate traveling circus.

  2. Wow I wasn't expecting this blog post to read like this.

Wait I mean it's totally how I expected it. Completely predictable and weak.

C'mon, we want to hear some scathing acerbic witticisms or at least an original point of view regarding these Glam-guidos from you, SIblogger.

As for me I've been rooting for these people the whole time and that statement above from the situation just seals it for me. It's funny! I mean, what do you have, a stick up your ass?
